Memberships

You can cancel your membership anytime from your account (Command → Edit Profile) or by emailing [contact email]. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable for partial periods. If you were charged in error or believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within 14 days and we will review it in good faith and as required by law.

Free trial / Recruit tier

The Recruit tier is free. Upgrading to a paid tier begins billing immediately unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Merchandise (the Armory)

Physical goods may be returned within [30] days if unused and in original condition. Made-to-order or personalized items may be non-returnable. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive the return.

Events
