This Member Agreement & Assumption of Risk (“Agreement”) applies to your participation in RAGEMEN activities, including in-person chapter meetups, physical training, and events. Read it carefully. By joining and by participating, you accept it.

1. Voluntary participation

Participation in any RAGEMEN activity — including workouts, rucks, training, and meetups — is entirely voluntary.

2. Assumption of risk

You understand that physical activity carries inherent risks, including injury, illness, or in rare cases death, and risks arising from other participants or from meeting people in person. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks.

3. Fitness to participate

You confirm you are physically able to participate and have consulted a physician if you have any condition that could be affected by physical activity. Stop and seek help if you feel unwell.

4. Release & waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless RAGEMEN, [Legal entity name], its organizers, chapter leaders, and members from claims for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except for harm caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Conduct

You agree to follow the Code of Conduct and the reasonable instructions of chapter leaders, and to treat other participants with respect.

Chapters are organized locally by members. RAGEMEN does not control or supervise individual chapter activities and is not responsible for the acts of chapter leaders or members.

7. Acknowledgement

By creating an account and participating, you confirm that you are 18+, have read and understood this Agreement, and accept it voluntarily. Your acceptance, with date and IP address, is recorded at registration.
