The Iron Path
The programs are for brothers. Recruits get the overview free. Members get the full curriculum, weekly drops, and accountability. See the Ranks and step through the gates. Hold the line.
Strength is not vanity. It is the physical ability to protect the people you love and to carry weight when it counts. The Iron Path builds a body that is hard to break and a will that refuses to quit. You don’t need a perfect gym or perfect genetics — you need to show up and add weight to the bar.
What the Iron Path builds
Raw strength, work capacity, and the kind of conditioning that holds up under stress. We train the lifts that matter — squat, hinge, press, pull, carry — and we condition so you can run toward a problem, not away from it. This is training for capability, not the mirror. The look takes care of itself.
The structure
A simple, repeatable week: three to four strength sessions built on compound lifts, two conditioning pieces (ruck, sprints, or circuits), and daily non-negotiables — mobility, steps, and sleep. Progress is tracked. The standard is small wins, logged, week over week. Boring consistency beats heroic bursts every time.
For every starting point
New to the iron? You start with the bar and own the movement before you load it. Years under the bar already? You get programming to break plateaus. The Iron Path scales to the man — the only requirement is that you do the work.
Train with brothers
You will train harder and quit less often with men beside you who expect you to show up. Your local chapter is where the Iron Path comes alive — weekly musters, shared workouts, and brothers who notice when you go missing. Pair the program with training around a busy schedule and building real discipline.
The standard
Strong enough to protect. Conditioned enough to last. Disciplined enough to do it on the days you don’t feel like it. That is the Iron Path. The Stoic Mind trains what’s between your ears; Build & Provide trains what you bring home. Walk all three.
The full 8-week plan, weekly drops, and accountability are for members. Recruits get the first two weeks free.
