Chapter Leader Playbook
Draft for review. This is a working template generated for RAGEMEN. Have a qualified attorney review and finalize before relying on it. Replace [bracketed] items with your real details.
So you want to lead. Leading a RAGEMEN chapter is a responsibility, not a title. This playbook covers what’s expected and how it works.
How to become a chapter leader
- Apply. Submit the Start a Chapter form with your city and why you want to lead.
- Review. We review every application. We look for character, consistency, and alignment with the Code of Conduct — not follower counts.
- Vetting call. Approved applicants complete a short conversation with the Order before a chapter goes live.
- Activation. On approval your chapter is created on the map and you’re granted the Chapter Leader role.
What a chapter leader does
- Hold a consistent weekly muster (workout, ruck, or meet) at a set time and place.
- Welcome new brothers, keep the standard high, and live the Code of Conduct.
- Keep meetups safe: ensure every participant has accepted the Member Agreement & Assumption of Risk.
- Communicate clearly and represent RAGEMEN with honor in person and online.
Standards
- Protection, not aggression. No hate, no extremism, no politics-as-violence.
- Show up. A leader who disappears loses the chapter.
- Escalate concerns or conflicts to the Order at [contact email].
What you get
The Chapter Leader badge, your chapter on the world map, leadership recognition, and the backing of the brotherhood. Lead well and the line grows behind you.
