Welcome to RAGEMEN. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ragemen.com and any membership, content, events, and merchandise we offer (the “Services”), operated by [Legal entity name] (“RAGEMEN,” “we,” “us”).

5. Chapters & events

Local chapters and meetups are organized by members and chapter leaders. Participation in any in-person activity is voluntary and at your own risk, and is governed by the Member Agreement & Assumption of Risk. RAGEMEN does not supervise or control individual chapter activities and is not responsible for them.

6. Merchandise

Merchandise sold through the Armory is subject to availability, the displayed price, and our shipping and return terms at checkout.

7. Intellectual property

The RAGEMEN name, shield, logos, and site content are owned by RAGEMEN and may not be used without permission. You retain rights to content you submit but grant us a license to display it within the Services.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Content is for general information and is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAGEMEN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
